The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing materials to support our venues' marketing and promotional efforts. They will design website content updates, menus, posters, flyers, leaflets, merchandise, and any other collateral needed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and design marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Create website content updates, including imagery, banners, and graphics to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Design menus, posters, flyers, and leaflets for promotional campaigns and events
  • Develop merchandise designs such as apparel and promotional items
  • Support the Events Coordinator by creating event-specific materials including invitations, signage, and promotional graphics
  • Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Provide art direction for video and photo shoots, conceptualising ideas for content and collaborating with photographers/videographers to achieve the desired outcome

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback and changing requirements
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design capabilities
